I really like this device! It’s very simple to use and the instructions for dosage are quite clear. Also, I really like the portability. The company seems awesome! Shortly after I ordered mine, I expressed some concerns and they were very supportive and responsive! Although I’ve only been using it for about a week, I feel already like I’ve received some skin results and maybe even a little relief on some deep tissue issues. Being a rather small panel, I do have to target it to each area that I want to treat so it may amount to using it 2 to 3 times a day, but it may be well worth the time.

I just got it so I’ll update after a week. (Pinky promise). Came nicely packed. It’s sturdy and has a quite nice base so I don’t have to worry about hanging it anywhere. The size is perfect imo. I got it for my face but I can easily use it for my back or arms etc and will cover about half my body nicely (5’4”). This is my second day using it so a bit early to tell. It’s double chip (so both red light +near Infra) on all lights. I’ve done 10minutes at 6” from my face. First day I didn’t feel a thing. Second day it was a bit warm ish but it could be all in my head. I’m using it for beauty purposes as of right now and in hoping for my freckles to go away and have a more even tone while getting rid of fine wrinkles. Hopefully it helps me sleep better, too.
UPDATE! I did notice an improvement with sleep cycles and clearer skin after a solid month, it did take me a bit to stay in routine though, so make sure you are going to stick to it. Once I have used it consistently for a bit longer I will come back yet again. I will say though, it would be neat if there was some guidance on how long to use it etc I had to do a bit of research on what is safe and what not and I am still not entirely sure.

Been using for about a month now. I’m an older jiu jitsu practitioner that struggled with recovery time after work outs. Can honestly say I am to able to work out back to back days after using red light therapy. Definitely helps with muscle recovery and soreness. Also noticed some sun spots fading on my face. Very happy with my purchase.

It is very sturdy and well made. 3 year warranty is great. It’s not the most esthetic thing to have standing at my makeup table but bang for buck its much better than a red light mask cause it can be used for multiple things (muscles, fight hair loss, face and neck rejuvenation, ligament healing). The fan is very loud when it’s going but that just speaks to the power. Per light bulb I think it’s the cheapest warrantied FDA approved red light therapy machine of this size that you can find.

As often happens, YouTube made a recommendation to me based on my past searches. Latest for a video by a Retina Specialist on Red Light Therapy (RLT) and Eye Health. My wife and I have watched several by him and thought highly of his presentations.
I have cataracts and will need cataract operations at some point. On top of that, I have eye Floaters bad enough that I am considering an operation to fix them. Going on give years, both eyes, always present in my vision. However, either type of Floater operation – sticking needles in my eyes and sucking out the original fluid and replacing it with synthetic; or letting some doctor play laser tag inside my eyeballs zapping the Floaters – freaks me out and fills my head with terrible outcomes, I am open to alternatives. Along this line, my local Opthamologist recommended some $70 a bottle vitamins, which over 5 months have given me zero improvement for my $210.
Therefore I was all eyes and ears to learn that RLT has been a thing for at least 5 years for all sorts of ailments, and has lately been effectively used for eye health. So, in my typical Sherlock fashion, I watched about another hundred videos including reviews, and read about 2 dozen articles and studies over a two week period.
Once I decided that I was definitely going to give RLT a chance to help my eyes, I determined that the Hooga Pro300 was exactly the right array of lights and Light Frequencies for me. Aside from my eyes, I have no objections to letting it clear up my skin imperfections, age spots, wrinkles, sore back, insomnia, grumpiness, and anxiety. In all honesty I will say that I could find only one study that measured the effect on Floaters. HOWEVER, while reading the hundreds of reviews, I did find a couple dozen testimonies that RLT did in fact help some people with their Floaters! Good enough for me. And for less than $300, a worthwhile risk.
So, I got the Hooga Pro300 five days ago. I use it daily for 15 minutes in the AM, and 10 minutes in the PM. I have it set on a bathroom counter that is waste level. I get buck naked, and rotate my torso in front of it for 10 minutes (3-2-2-3), then sit on the toilet seat, and give my eyes 3 minutes – half time opened, half time closed but facing it – and then bend my head forward and let shine on the top of my head for the last 2 minutes. I am not bald, but my hair is thinning badly, and read it has helped stimulate hair growth. In the evening, each torso side gets 2 minutes, my eyes 1 mi ute, and the top of my head 1 minute.
Okay, so after 5 days here is what I can honestly say.
I dig it! The easiest improvement to verify is my skin. It has gotten clearer and smoother. My back pains have lessened. I have slept like a rock each night after use. I think I am more chilled out, although this could be because my wife has been away since the day I got it on a family visit. And, while I still have the Floaters, maybe it’s in my head, but they seem less obtrusive. For only five days of use, I am truly shocked at how quickly I seem to be getting benefits.
I am hooked, and plan to use this Light daily if able. So while my improvements have so far been minor, I am excited to think what they may be by Summer’s end. I’ll have to do a September update then.
Sorry for the novelette but as I age, I have learned that people want health solutions that both work, and are affordable. So from my perspective, I say Ante Up folks.

It works well on my tight muscles. Good quality product. Wish the price of the red light therapy device will go lower in the future. I truly hope Hooga will produce the 5-frequency device. This one has only 2 frequencies. But still, it works great and really relieves my tight muscles.

I got this for Christmas. I feel like it works when I’m consistent with it. The stand is sturdy. I don’t enjoy having to position it In different places for the lights to target the lower half of my body. I’m a beginner so maybe I don’t know what I’m doing. It’s great for face and upper body. I just set it on my makeup stand let it work. It has helped relieve some back and hip pain when I was able to get myself in a position for the lights to target those areas. I believe it’s a good product. I’m enjoying it 😌

This unit is solidly built, and works as advertised. Switches for the two wavelengths are separate, heavy duty, and easy to reach. It is angled slightly upward, which allows coverage of the body from waist up, when at the proper distance. Do your research on dosage levels. It has only been used for a couple weeks, and a longer period will be necessary to evaluate effectiveness. It has the proper wavelengths, and claimed power level. Based on my prior reading, I expect good results.

This seems like a nicely built unit and even comes with an attachable cable handle so it’s easy to relocate it. Or you can hang it on a wall although this unit is more of a table top size (not full body). I do move it to the floor to treat my legs for inflammation. I also have more than one IEC power cable installed at varies places where I want to use the unit so I only have to unplug it and move it and then plug it back in, without having to also move the power cable.
Example: my dresser is a good height to use this on my face and then I have a lower table which is a good height to use this for my torso, so I move it between the two locations and stand in front of the unit for treatment. The portability of this unit makes it easy to do that.
The LEDs do seem to generate a bit of heat to the skin so I would not use this very close. I tend to use it about a foot away.
I am hoping for anti-aging benefits to my skin and wrinkles and to lower inflammation in the body overall as well as improve my mood and my sleep. I have tried it on a sore foot and it seemed to help almost immediately. And it has definitely helped me sleep as it really gives a nice soothing feeling after you use it.
I plan to use this about 10 minutes per area, about three times per week.
I just received this and have only used it a few times so far so I will update this review later on to report back on any results.

Me gustó, llegó en tiempo y forma, es muy agradable utilizarlo y trae unas gafas pequeñas de proteccion. Le doy un 100% de calificación por satisfacción.
