I’m a nurse and this is a life saver for accurately taking vitals. The clock face is color coated every fifteen seconds so you can easily see exactly what time it is at a quick glance.
The only downside for me is that you cannot add other badges to the reel, it is a clip that you have to wear separately from the rest of your ID badges, etc.
I personally clipped it onto an ID chain of mine, but otherwise I was considering breaking the reel to attach it to a separate one in order to not have to wear so many clip-ons.

I purchased this watch and it wasn’t working, I figured the battery must be dead. Fortunately, they included another battery, but there was no instructions given on how to open the watch to replace the battery. After trying for awhile, I found out that I could run my nails around the edge on the back of the watch, and it opened. I put in the new battery, and it didn’t work either. I really didn’t want to go through the return process so I went out and bought a new battery, didn’t work either…So I had to return it.
