This perfume will make you smell like a bakery lol. It’s super sweet yet not overpowering, with warm with notes of vanilla, brown sugar, marshmallow etc… It dries on the skin as such a soft, sensual aroma. Speaking of the scent, the atomizer is strong, hold your breath and don’t spray this near your face, you will inhale it and cough lol. While the scent sprays on strong, it is rather light. This may differ from person to person, but for me, this scent does not last longer than 2 hours before I have to reapply it. Due to this, I think it’s a good scent to layer with (maybe like with a body oil like I’ve been doing.) It is good on its on as well, but wouldn’t last a full day without reapplying. Honestly, the only saving this product is it’s lovely gourmand scent. But the scent itself isn’t particularly unique and as I explained, lasts more like a toilette than an Eau Parfum. With all this being considered, the pricing for it is perfect as I wouldn’t purchase this for anything more than $10.

The first time I wore this perfume to work, my bosses couldn’t get over how good I smelled. Even my mom, who is extremely sensitive to sweet scents, said it smelled good on me. It’s a warm, sweet, slightly musky chocolate with a hint of vanilla. It’s not sickeningly sweet or overpowering, it reminds me of a combination of hot chocolate and cookies with a hint of sweet vanilla. It lasts for quite a while, especially when layered with the oil. The bottle is high quality and it looks beautiful on a vanity/dresser. I’d say it’s versatile, I can wear this in the heat without it being overwhelming or having the scent fade. If you’re looking for a year round/signature bakery scent this is it!

I got this because I kept seeing it all over tiktok. I love gourmand and sweet/flirty scents, although I’m typically not a fan of chocolate notes in perfume. This perfume smells awesome! It’s exactly like Swiss Miss hot cocoa powder with marshmallows, not heavy- sometimes cloying- rich chocolate. You really only get those two scents, with the faintest whisper of musk. I’d call this a flirty and almost cozy fragrance; wouldn’t say it’s deep or musky enough to be considered sexy.
The sillage and projection of this perfume are both moderate. I could still smell it on mine & my son’s skin for several hours, so the lasting power is nice. However, this perfume leaves the room with you. It doesn’t linger to the point where if you just left a space people would still be smelling your perfume in the air. People also have to be within a foot of you to smell it. If you like to leave a trail of fragrance behind when you’re walking, that is the one drawback of choco musk’s performance. On clothing, it sticks wonderfully. I slept in the same shirt I sprayed it on and still smelled it the next morning. While many people said they prefer to use this perfume for layering, it still smells great on its own, and if you spray it on your clothes rather than solely on your skin, you won’t be disappointed. For layering, it works great with rich but better-projecting vanilla/cake/sugar and even floral scents, so long as they aren’t extreme performance perfumes. Much stronger fragrances seem to overpower it, making layering pointless. I tried blending it with Floral Marshmallow (Love Don’t Be Shy dupe), and because that perfume is so strong, it zapped the chocolate scent away completely.
My son layered it with a spicy/woody cologne, and it smelled amazing. I’d consider this a Unisex sweet perfume.
10/10 recommend, and I will be purchasing it again!

I liked this gourmand smell of chocolate, vanilla and musk. It’s very unusual but not overpowering. It’s a little sultry so it’ll make one feel a bit sexy. It does not leak and it’s an excellent value for the money. The longevity is long enough for me but I wouldn’t say all day.

This perfume smells like marshmallows. A little goes a LOOOONG way be light with this one. A few spritz does the job and it lasts so long. The bottle is made of very nice glass and the spray pump works well. It’s a good size, very good value considering it’s pretty concentrated so it should last a while. It did not leak. Once it sinks in that’s when it smells the best, it’s warm, vanilla, and maybe even some white floral scent in there? I’m not sure but this is a really good one.

Great size for the price! But for the smell description!! When first sprayed in the air it is very alcohol-y as soon as it touches a surface- clothes or skin, it starts to immediately “melt” into a warm sweet smell. The first smell I recognized was nutty chocolate, very similar to Dr. palmers shea butter, buttery pastry definitely. And a hint of freshness, I think sandalwood, once it’s dried down for a while. This definitely feels like a lingering smell, one you don’t notice on yourself until someone compliments it. It’s less than a casual smell but I think I like that, wear a more “elegant” smell in a casual setting does give off a certain powerful aura.

I’m a huge fan of gourmand perfume scents but recently haven’t had the biggest budget for perfumes. This perfume is a great option if you’re looking to blind buy a cheap gourmand perfume.
It smells very sweet, with notes of vanilla and chocolate (which does smell a bit artificial). My friend described it as a cake. If you went to Scholastic Book Fairs, it smells a bit like the chocolate scented calculator. However, it’s a pretty unique scent and I’ve received a lot of compliments from my partner, friends, and strangers. The smell also lasts a good 6-7 hours on me.
However, there are two main cons. First, I have pretty sensitive skin—when I spray it directly onto my neck, my skin turns red where the liquid contacted it for a few minutes after. It also initially has a really strong alcohol smell, but that fades away after a few seconds. I directly spray it onto my clothes now for these reasons, but you can’t argue with the price for what you get.
