The adhesive seems strong, the clasp on the back is flexible rubber, so the “arms” open up to hug the stethoscope tubing. I have a Littman pediatric, but I think the tubing on all single lumen scopes is pretty standard. The product came with a velvet pouch and some small foam square (uncertain what that’s for?) and a spare alkaline battery, I’m assuming it will take a while for the battery to need replacing.
You can’t really tell on my video, but the watch Does tick as the second hand moves along, it’s not loud, but I thought the video would pick it up, it does not. The green tick marks on the hours are not glow in the dark, though it looks like that same phosphorescent green color.

this fits nicely onto my stethoscope. The all important second hand is really easy to read and it is handy to have the watch just where you need it. It appears to keep very accurate time – really handy to have around. It does not look especially robust, but it is inexpensive and does the job for which it was designed very well.

Handy little watch face to add to a stethoscope with the little stick on device provided. Battery operated – these came with the watch face so that’s nice. The little piece of silicone with the sticky back looks like the type you get to help with charge cord management. So if you happen to lose the one provided you should be able to replace it pretty easily.
All in all, not an item that you absolutely have to have, but it is handy once you get it.
