I have been using this panel for a little under a month to help with shoulder and lower back pain. So far it has helped tremendously and alleviated the sciatica that I was experiencing. I use it every other day for 10 minutes in each spot, and that seems to be enough. The instruction manual that it came with reads like it was translated from another language. It’s still helpful and thorough, but I’m not sure about why the manual recommends the specific doses that it does.
Good:
Feels high quality.
Works as it should.
The NIR works (tested with my phone camera– see pictures).
Multiple set-up options (hanging or stand).
You can use the NIR and red light together or separately.
The timer and the countdown timer so that you have time to put your glasses on before the light turns on are great.
Bad:
I wish you could feel the difference between the buttons so you can control them when you can’t see because you have eye protection on.
I don’t like that the bolts that hold the stand on stick out. It doesn’t allow you to lay the panel down horizontally. You can unscrew the stand and do it, but then it’s unstable and falls over very easily. You also can’t put it at an angle if you do that. I need it to be able to work horizontally so I can lay on my side. This has been a little frustrating.
I wish it came with more comfortable eye protection. The goggles dig into my skin and will probably cause eye wrinkles. I ordered better eye protection from Amazon. I wish I didn’t have to do that.
Overall I’m happy with this purchase and recommend it as a budget friendly option that works just as well as the big name and ridiculously expensive panels that you see on the market.

I bought this LED light device for my husband‘s backpay and it has worked very well for him. He will prop it up and then sit with the light facing his lower back. Overtime he has noticed his pain has become less and more manageable. This light for myself to help me sleep at night and to help de elevate stress by sitting in front of it after a hard days work. For those of you who are about anti-aging, LED lights are amazing for your skin. As a licensed aesthetician, I highly recommend it because it really makes a difference in helping your skin build collagen as well as improve circulation. Lastly, this particular model Is extremely well-made with its metal body and does not overheat at all due to the fan on the back. This is a good value for your money – most similar devices cost hundreds of dollars!

This unit is a good size for multiple areas of the body. The unit is very well made and it’s very easy to use. I Ike the timer feature. Overall a great product for the price point. I’m using it for pain relief due to multiple surgeries and fascia scarring. I’ve used it for 7 days and will report on progress in a month.

I’ve been using the BQ60 red light device for 20 minutes per day and so far it has exceeded my expectations! I can tell that it is well-built, as it is sturdy and functional and quite user friendly in my opinion. I do 10 minutes on my face/chest and 10 minutes on my head/neck/back. I’ve already noticed a reduction in muscle stiffness that I normally have daily as well as the fact that my sleep has been deeper! Also, earlier this week I accidentally banged my elbow on my heavy garage door which normally would cause a lot of swelling and bruising (I know this b/c I’ve done it a few times in the past). I did an extra 5 minutes of treatment on my elbow for 3 days straight and I have ZERO bruising, NO swelling and NO lingering pain which is outstanding!!! Just this situation alone proves to me how powerful this device is! Worth noting is that I’m choosing to use the eye protection goggles (that are included) just to be extra safe, but I know some people prefer to just close their eyes which is suitable as well. I’m glad that they have provided goggles for those of us that use them.

Bestqool BQ60: Den här enheten var mycket mindre (c.a 22cm X 30cm) än vad jag trodde den skulle vara – men det gör den också behändig och enkel att flytta. Den verkar robust med hölje i metall och allting känns som kvalitet faktiskt. (inte den där “billiga känslan” av plast och fuskbygge som man ibland kan få)
Handtaget gör den enkel att hantera & flytta. Jordad sladd som är drygt 2 meter lång. Som någon annan skrev så – nej, den har ingen CE-märkning, men det är ju inte så att man låter den stå på och går därifrån.
Fläkten låter lite men det är inget som stör. Själva lamporna blir inte särskilt varma (och inte enheten heller) man kan ta på dem utan att bränna sig (det var något jag själv undrat över)
Även medföljande tillbehör känns oväntat robusta och av kvalitet. (upphängning & skyddsglasögon)
Jag läste en massa om RLT, IR och NIR men det verkar ju vara en djungel med väldigt vitt skilda priser.
Detta är min första RLT-enhet och efter en veckas användning känner jag mig hyfsat nöjd. Jag hade inte råd med en dyrare enhet, men känner att denna kanske var i minsta laget.
Jag har inte märkt några positiva effekter ännu, förutom att jag kanske sover bättre. Det ska bli intressant att se om jag kan märka några andra effekter – jag gissar att man måste använda RLT regelbundet en längre tid än en vecka… Jag har förvisso inte några större problem som smärta någonstans men är ju nyfiken på hur detta med RLT fungerar.
Jag kan tänka mig att dyrare/större märken är bättre men då får man bli rik för att ha råd?
Kanske kommer jag att skaffa en större enhet i framtiden, då denna som sagt känns lite väl liten men jag kan nog tänka mig samma fabrikat Bestqool även då – kanske en BQ150?
Jag kommer att uppdatera denna recension i framtiden om något skulle förändras.

I already own the BQ40 which is for the face and other small areas. It’s very convenient for traveling due to the smaller size. Excellent product. Now, I own the BQ60 which can support larger parts of the body. There’s no need to go to the spa and spend a lot of money. Just a short 10 minutes with this device and you’re finished.

This unit was designed to be placed upright, lying flat, at an angle, or hanging from a wall/door. Very convenient. Also, the build quality is excellent. Sturdy medal construction and the fan on this unit is very quiet. Watch the video and you will see it running but it is barely audible.
Overall excellent product earning 5 stars.

L’appareil est spartiate et bien qu’il semble de bonne facture de prime abord, l’isolation électrique laissait à désirer sur le mien. En effet, une fois branché, lorsqu’on le touche par endroit on sentait des picotements (mini decharges?). De plus il est indiqué que la puissance est de 98,7 mW/cm2 à une distance de 7,6 cm, ce qui correspond à 24,67 mW/cm2 à une distance de 15 cm (6 pouces exactement, ce qui est la distance généralement testée sur ce genre d’appareil). Ce qui le classe parmi les plus faible du marché. D’autres modeles de la marques sont testés sur la chaine Youtube d’Alex Fergus (Red Light Therapy), ce qui permet de connaitre leurs puissances exactes. Bref, c’est dommage et j’ai du le renvoyer.
