Just got this fragrance and oh boy, it may need time for maceration. It’s strong enough but not meeting the hype.
On first spray, I get a very similar scent to a late 90s expensive hairspray that my mom used that came in an aluminum can. Nothing distinct, just a blast of alcohol hairspray that’s slightly fresh and full of chemicals…. Not pepper, not tobacco, and 0% pineapple.
Within a few minutes the alcohol smell is gone and the sweet/spice/woody smell shows up, right behind SOAP! This smells like a nice masculine hand soap for a good 20 minutes, the bathroom kind that foams up when you press down on the the pump.
After the half hour mark the soap fades and it becomes bubblegum-sweet like bazookajoe, mixed with pipe tobacco + pepper + indistinct hard woods. It’s slightly “earthy” and has a floral aspect that i don’t like, my guess is Iris.
It stays like that for a few hours.
The box has a rubberized coating and a hologram toward the top, bottom says made in U.A.E.
It was shrinkwrapped nicely and in perfect condition, but he gold band that’s supposed to be around the bottle was sitting at the bottom of the box. The bottle rattles if you shake it.

I bought this on a whim, was diffidently a blind buy and i have to say i am very impressed. I’ve been using it almost everyday and get compliments on the scent all the time. The cologne smells amazing and the fact that its so cheap make it even better.

I was in a restaurant and could smell this scent and found handsome guy wearing it which proceeded to give me the name. So I purchased for my son and he loves it also girlfriend agrees. The scent is so delicious, last long and sexy. The bottle is so pretty. Will purchase another one for other sons.

This is a super sexy perfume and makes a huge impression. I am a creed aventus user and that now pales in comparison to this. Amazing exotic fragrance with great projection and lasted hours on me. This is a 5 star perfume and a must try.

Asad is one of those that needs to be properly macerated before wearing. I’d give it at least two to three months before it is ready. After maceration, the scent, longevity, and projection all improve significantly. As far as it being a Sauvage elixir clone/dupe/twist, it is, but there are others that get closer to the OG (if you want 1 to 1). For the price, this is virtually unbeatable.

Recomendo bastante! Comprei para o meu noivo de presente e veio bem embrulhado. É um ótimo custo benefício.
Somente a caixinha veio um pouco amassada devido ao transporte mas adorei de qualquer forma. Tinha certa preocupação em não ser original, mas é original sim. Ele em um aroma maravilhoso e marcante, e que fixa extremamente bem o dia inteiro na pele dele.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews because of expectations that its a cheaper version of something else. This deserves 5 stars because for the price, this is a good scent. With regards to people watching youtube reviews, this smells nothing like sauvage elixir, it’s more like you blended a bowl of potpourri and rubbed a pinecone on your chest along with that. Let me just say, if you love sauvage elixir, save up and buy the real thing. This cologne DOES smell good, but I was misled by youtubers to think this scent was 80% similar to DSE. It’s not. This gets 5 stars because my wife immediately said “ooh, I like that smell”. Just know people, you get what you pay for, and if you love sauvage elixir, just go get sauvage elixir. If you want to smell like a classy bowl of spices on your grandma’s table, spend the pennies on this one. As a big fan of DSE, I will still have to buy the real thing to get the scent I love. I will not feel as confident wearing this.
