I was skeptical about buying a red light for my home, but I’m glad I did! This light was affordable and is super lightweight. The biggest downside is not having a stand built into the back of the light. You either need to hang it or lean it up against something else and hold it up. Regardless, for the price, this is a great option! I use it every morning while I meditate and it has been amazing for rejuvenating my skin and assisting in my body feeling better. I recommend this light to everyone!

This is probably true for all of these red light boxes, it’s just too awkward to use. it comes with wires so that you can hang it from the ceiling but I can’t figure out why I would want to do that. It would be better if it came with a stand. Essentially useless but an interesting conversation starter.

I have been using this very regularly for over 2 months. I havent noticed an improvement on my skin. The lights all work and it’s great it came with the eye coverings. The frame does feel like cheap plastic.

This thing is bright! It’s perfect for hanging in the living room in the evening to avoid the harsh halogens after dark. It’s lightweight and feels somewhat brittle, but it’s not like we’re going to be throwing it around so I’ll give it a pass. It does warm up a bit if it’s on for awhile, I actually like that it does. No perceptible noise. Big enough + bright enough to read by.

This red light therapy is super lightweight and yet does everything you want it to do! The ability to hang it is adjustable which is fantastic. It also packs away easily because the cord is removable, that’s a nice feature 👌

This light made my knees stop hurting.
I took off one star because altho’ the light comes with chains and hooks, you NEED something to hang it on horizontally.
The light should’ve come with a HORIZONTAL stand option.
I’ve made this mistake twice when purchasing two different lights.
I bought a light with a clamp, but NO stand.
Then, I got this light with chains and hooks but NO stand.
Other than not having anything to hang it on, the light is Excellent.
I can easily and comfortably position it in front of my knees and sit in my recliner with no problem.
Personally, I don’t like sitting upright or standing for my RL treatments.
If comfort (reclining) is not an issue for you, I highly recommend this light for any part of your body.
For the price, you can’t beat the quality.

I recently learned of all the benefits of red light therapy and was so pleased to find such a high-quality product at a great price! I absolutely love my red light therapy box! As you can see, I hang it from the ceiling using the wire and hook included and lie down underneath. I use it for 15-20 minutes about 3 nights a week and have noticed an improvement in my sleep (deeper) and skin (smoother). I also really like the gentle warming sensation the product provides. I believe it’s improving my muscle tissues, too! I have less soreness and feel rejuvenated/repaired after each use. The great news is that the effects are immediate and seem to last. Highly recommend!
