I bought this to replace the same item I bought years ago. Great size, easy to read, love the backlight. The green and brown are good colors for casual wear. So far, time is accurate. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn’t have the extra piece which would allow you to “tuck in” the extra length of the band. I have small wrists, so the band hangs out.

It took me a long while to choose a new watch and I’m super happy with this one. It fits my small wrists well and I love that it’s both dainty and kind of rugged looking at the same time. Love the indiglo and I use it almost every night when I’m up needing to see how much longer I get to sleep for!

I was looking for a watch to take on a riding safari. This watch seems to be exactly what I was hoping for:
-Small enough for a slim female wrist
-Green /khaki colouring
-Waterproof
-Analogue
-Luminous hands (plus backlit screen at the touch of a button)
-Not so insanely expensive that I’m going to worry about it all holiday
I’m going to an area with patchy electricity so realised I would need to leave my usual Apple Watch behind, and go back to a low-fi model for this trip. It needs to be rugged too – and work with a “1923” style vintage safari look!
First impressions: Light, easy and comfortable on the wrist. The colours are great. It feels really well made. There are plenty of holes in the wristband. I also appreciate having the two leather keepers – if you have a slim wrist, you don’t need to have the loose end flapping around, which can be so annoying otherwise. The backlight is very easy to use – just push on the side button and the screen lights up for as long as you keep pressing.
Impressively thoughtful design for something so small. It’s like they read my mind!
It was slightly more expensive than I had hoped for, but I’ve ended up with something much nicer than planned. Mainly, I’m just relieved to have found a decent, practical watch which is up to the job I need it for, and noter stylish too. Too many ladies’ watches are just – way too girly. And the military-style men’s ones are all too big for me.
Whereas this little watch is: pretty much perfect! Thank you, Timex!

I haven’t had a watch in years but I’m kinda tired of fumbling for my phone to see the time. I can’t believe I picked the perfect watch for me the very first try! I have large wrists and due to some reviews I was worried the band would be too tight but it fits absolutely perfectly! I love the green face and simple design. I’m surprised I can see the numbers without my glasses because of the smaller face! This watch is unique rather feminine and a little old fashioned all in one….all the things I like. !

I have owned my Timex watch for almost 20 years. Although the watch is still working, I needed a new band. When I saw the watch offered with a different colored band, I purchased it. The band is exactly the same, but a different color. Unfortunately, the band was not offered separately. Timex is truly a time-tested product and it never let me down. I love the built in light and the style will never grow old. I have an extremely small wrist and the watch looks great on me. This watch is a solid recommendation from me.

Fiquei muito decepcionada com a compra porque o referido relógio/Timex parou de funcionar em poucos dias, uma semana de uso. Também considero que a caixa na qual ele foi entregue, sem nenhuma proteção, uma caixinha super fina/mole pode ter contribuído na danificação do produto. Também acho que poder falar com um humano, ao menos do fornecedor, teria amenizado minha decepção.

Bought this to replace my Seiko (that died after over 10 years of good service but the model is no longer made and the new Seiko’s seem less reliable according to reviews and now cost 4X as much as they used to!). This watch is lightweight and comfortable to wear. The band and watch both do well in water and I have worn it while washing many sink-fulls of hot soapy water a day (Baker here:). The band did streathc just a bit after a month, necessitating I tighten the band but there is plenty of adjustment (holes in the leather for the buckle prong). There are also 2 nice “keepers” made of leather to tuck the excess strap material into and that keeps the strap out of the way and nice looking. The watch is comfortable to wear and easy to depress the light button worn left or right handed. The dial is very easy to read and the light works wonderfully for seeing the watch face at night. Very Bright, but only when you push the button. It makes an audible but very pleasant ticking. The only down side is NO DATE, but for the price, I find this a very satisfactory product. After I had it for just over a month I ordered one for my Mom too as she too needed a good durable easy to read wrist watch. I highly recommend this watch.

I hope Timex keeps making this great watch for many years. Attractive, legible, indiglo, water resistant, and inexpensive. The battery lasts a few years and then you have a jeweler replace the battery, or buy a watch tool kit and replace it yourself (not easy but I managed.) You also replace the band if you search on Amazon for knockoffs. Or you can simply buy another watch. Highly recommended!

I just open the package and reset the watch, I keep it on my desk for 3hrs and the time is slower 7minutes than the actual time on my computer. The light is not completely on all around the watch, as it shows in the picture. IDK if it’s timex or seller send me broken watch since it was on sale. Design wise, it is beautiful and petite size, sit perfectly on my wrist.
The warranty barcode on the box is not working, too bad I am going to return the watch 🥲

I only received my watch 2 days ago so I can only comment on the appearance:
The face is clean and easy to read – no date which I prefer. The face of the watch I received is a little darker than the “off white” of the picture. I would describe the color as light beige. Size given is correct (26mm) about the size of a quarter. The case is metal and is a good weight – not too heavy for comfort, but no so light it slides around on your wrist. The hands are not luminous – the face of the watch lights up when you press the stem. I really find this feature very handy. It is an attractive casual watch. Just what I wanted. I would have given 5 stars but I don’t like the band and I’m looking for a replacement. It is identified as “leather” but it’s cheap leather and it’s stiff. A dark brown which goes well with the face, but I don’t like the fabric inserts and the stitching is a strange sort of light orange, however, it’s all a matter of taste. Also the band is way too long for my small wrist another reason I’m checking out “short” bands. Over all I’m pleased and the price was extremely reasonable. This is my first Timex so I hope I got a reliable one and will check in later to give a short review.
Sadly had to return this watch as it was erratic about keeping time! BUT after looking at many other watches and not being able to find one that was “just what I wanted” AND a reasonable price, and the right size for my small wrist – I ordered another! Hopefully this one will be relliable. I JUST ADDED A FIFTH STAR. I BOUGHT THIS WATCH IN NOV 2017 IT’S NOW JAN 2019 AND IT’S TICKING AWAY PERFECTLY. I LOVE MY WATCH IT’S ATTRACTIVE, AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE, AND DURABLE I WEAR IT EVERY DAY! WHAT A GREAT BUY.
