Returns
We do not generally accept returns for digital products, including software subscriptions, once they have been delivered. However, we will consider return requests under the following circumstances:
- You received a product different from what was ordered.
- The product key or license is invalid or cannot be activated.
How to Request a Return:

- Include your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if the product delivered does not match what was ordered. We do not allow exchanges for digital products once they have been activated or used.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Refundable Items
- Activated or used licenses.
- Purchases made by mistake (please double-check your order before purchasing).
